We do not combine orders. Please make your selections carefully.

Privacy & Safety
Your privacy is very important to us. Here is how we use it.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping (if necessary), and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
Additionally, we use this Order Information to:​

Communicate with you
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

SHIPPING/RETURNS:

Most orders ship out in 2-5 business days after order is placed on website, except for PREORDER Items ("Available Ship Date" is provided on the PREORDER item's page). We will notify you via your email when your order has been sent and provide you with UPS or USPS shipping confirmation and tracking number.
We ship USA ONLY through Priority USPS or UPS Ground.

It is of high importance that your address is correct at the time of ordering as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please take note of the "Available Shipping Dates" for PREORDER Items. In the event of a delay for your PREORDER item(s), we will reach out to you via email, text message or phone call.
We will inform you if there are any delays. Please note, that delays may arise during holidays, pandemics, natural disasters and new collection launch and sale periods.

Because it is not always clear if jewelry has been worn or used they are not return eligible and no refunds will be issued.
We take special care to inspect each piece by hand so you will be happy with your purchase.

All returns are processed via store credit only!
Credits are done at the discretion of management. We encourage you to take your time in selecting your items, and of course feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling! Please direct questions to kimberly@kimberlycoleonline.com

STORE CREDIT ALLOWED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT (we must receive the return at our warehouse no more than 7 days after package is delivered to you).

PROCESSING DAMAGED GOODS

Items that require repair due to crafting error can certainly be returned for repair or replacement if materials are available.

It is rare but if you happen to receive a damaged or defective item please get in touch with us immediately at kimberly@kimberlycoleonline.com. We'll always do our best to make things right and let you know the next steps for a replacement.


Damaged or defective item replacement takes 5-7 business days as all items need to be sorted and inspected at our warehouse. Once your item is received and inspected, we will process the return per availability of the requested damaged item. If the item is no longer available we will issue you a store credit.

REFUNDABLE.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
